Really, three is only one thing I can think of better than Canadian Bacon.
Real, straight across the border imported Canadian Bacon. Except they don't call it that, they call it peameal bacon or backbacon. I don't care what it's called, our friends to the North sure got something right.
And I've still got another half of a chunk of it left...
