mod_perl 2 is quickly approaching a non-devel release. It's at 2.0.0 Release Candidate 2, and it now seems to be able to run my slightly hacked up and slightly old version of Movable Type, with only a few bugs here and there. I've shut off Apache/Mod_Perl 1 now.
Wow... this is pretty amazing to me, really. I was figuring MT wouldn't run under mod_perl until some serious changes were made. I see a few lines of code that should be fixed, but I think I'll just put in the newer version, and see if that has it right(or closer to it).
Mod_perl 2 is nice.
If we were on a gold standard, I'd be an alchemist in reverse.
Random segfaults, it seems... but I'm on the latest MT now...
